The trademarks Magnetic Astrology™ and Astrocosmology™ protect the original cosmology and applied system created by Vanessa Tiegs. Trademark protection ensures that the teachings remain unified, prevents misrepresentation, and allows students, readers, and researchers to identify the authentic methodology.

What the Trademarks Protect

The trademarks cover:

• the names Magnetic Astrology™ and Astrocosmology™
• the interpretive system, methodology, and terminology developed by Vanessa Tiegs
• the field‑based, toroidal cosmological framework underlying the system
• the educational materials, including the Tetralogy, Lexicon, and Curriculum
• the use of the names in courses, workshops, publications, and media

These protections apply to both digital and physical contexts.

Magnetic Astrology™

Magnetic Astrology™ is the applied interpretive system derived from Astrocosmology™. It includes:

• interpretive methods
• field‑based astrological analysis
• the structural models used in readings and instruction
• the terminology and system architecture created by Vanessa Tiegs

Because it is a distinct and original methodology, the name Magnetic Astrology™ is protected as a trademark.

Astrocosmology™

Astrocosmology™ is the foundational cosmology created by Vanessa Tiegs. It describes:

• the electromagnetic field dynamics underlying astrological influence
• the toroidal and field‑based structure of the astrological environment
• the cosmological principles from which Magnetic Astrology™ is derived

As an original cosmological system with defined methodology, Astrocosmology™ is also protected as a trademark.

Proper Use of the ™ Symbol

Use Magnetic Astrology™ and Astrocosmology™ with the ™ symbol on first reference in:

• articles
• websites
• academic writing
• media
• course materials
• reviews
• commentary

Subsequent references may omit the symbol for readability.

• Menstrala (copyrighted artwork)
• general discussions of astrology

Menstrala remains a separate copyrighted body of work created by Vanessa Tiegs.

Teaching, Reproduction, and Derivative Use

Teaching Magnetic Astrology™ or Astrocosmology™ requires:

• formal training
• certification
• written permission from Vanessa Tiegs

Derivative systems, rebranded versions, or reinterpretations using the trademarked names are not permitted.
